Dental care, if properly invoiced and paid for using a traceable method, can be deducted from your tax return. It can be deducted at 19%, but only on the portion exceeding the €129.11 deductible.
To deduct the expense, you need:
a correctly addressed invoice, with the tax code of the patient or the person deducting the expense;
a traceable payment method, such as debit card, card, bank transfer, check, or other traceable method.
The reimbursement will be made on your tax return, of course, if you have tax payments from which to deduct the medical expenses incurred.
